You need: 
Eyeshadow 
eyeliner brush
water or eyedrops
plate
How to make:
  1. Take a little eyeshadow, then put it on the plate.
  2. Mix it with the water.
  3. Check the texture on your hand. When the texture is already good, it's done.
  4. Apply it on your eyelid
Tips:
  1. To get a bold color, apply the eyeliner for many times
  2. Because the color of eyeliner is bright, you don't have to use colorful eyeshadow. Dark brown eyeliner is enough.
  3. Apply mascara to make your eyes look more expressive
